By accessing or using tobywins.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
tobywins.ai is a career tool that provides AI job displacement risk scores based on US Department of Labor occupational data. The Service includes free job risk scoring, AI risk reports, a paid resume rewriting subscription delivered by email, and a Go Independent program that guides users through building a freelance practice in their field.
You may use the Service for personal and professional purposes. You may not:
The resume rewriting subscription is billed at $39 per month on a recurring basis. A six-month prepaid plan is also available at $195 as a one-time charge. The Go Independent program is billed at $39 per month on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing schedule.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The six-month prepaid plan is not eligible for cancellation or refund once purchased, except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
By submitting your resume and job posting through the Service, you grant tobywins.ai a limited license to process that content for the purpose of generating your rewritten resume and AI risk report. We do not sell or share your resume content with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is stored and used.
The tobywins.ai scoring methodology, proprietary risk model, site design, and original written content are the intellectual property of tobywins.ai. The underlying occupational data from the US Department of Labor O*NET database remains subject to its original public licensing. You may reference and link to our published scores with attribution.
tobywins.ai provides risk scores and resume assistance as informational tools only. Scores are model-based estimates, not predictions or guarantees. Nothing on this site constitutes career counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or employment recommendations. You should not make major career or hiring decisions based solely on information from this Service. Always consult qualified professionals for such decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scores or resume outputs. In no event shall tobywins.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Active paid subscriptions will be cancelled and prorated where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
